Victoria helps women learn how to listen to their bodies with how to eat instead of following dieting rules. She teaches how to use biological cues and signals around eating to feel more confident at the table and with food. In addition to coaching women with body image and intuitive eating, she also teaches how to make cooking and eating more simple with instructing on basic cooking skills and giving practical ways to enjoy cooking in the home. Victoria's specialty is helping women gain freedom from disordered eating and poor body image. She coaches from a health at every size and intuitive eating perspective to help women know how to best feed their bodies. Victoria coaches both online as well as in person in Westchester, New York. She uses her background as a Registered Nurse to help women feel well in their whole bodies...body, mind, and spirit.
